330 West 42nd Street is one of the most iconic buildings River Film has worked on. It was the original home of Marvel Comics, so it deserved a high level of creativity.
Wordsearch completed the brand and strategy and created the concept “The Midtown Marvel, a place for superheroes.”
Alan Dewhurst, formerly of Passion Pictures, directed the project, and the highly regarded animator Michael Schlingmann was animation director. River Film considers itself fortunate to have worked with this team.
The goal was to generate as much engagement and conversation as possible. The building had not been on the market for decades, so the team needed to produce something memorable that brokers across the United States would share.
River Film believes the project was groundbreaking: to its knowledge, no one had made a fully animated, cartoon-style film for a commercial real estate development in New York.
River Film is very proud of the work. It shows what can be achieved and how a creative team can change how people perceive a project.
